The ASU Center for Meteorite Studies enter houses the world’s largest university-based meteorite collections (representing more than 1,555 separate meteorite falls), actively used for space-oriented research by scientists at ASU and worldwide. The museum’s mission is to increase visitors’ knowledge of the science of meteoritics. The center is housed in the Bateman Physical Sciences Center, on the ASU campus, where the ASU R. S. Dietz Museum of Geology and the ASU Planetarium are also kept.
